Cancellation Policy

1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with Swedish consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your participation within 14 days of making your initial payment, provided that this cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the start date of the event (such as workshops, coaching calls or other events).

2. Refunds

If a participant is unable to attend, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund.

• Cancellation 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying us in advance by e-mailing contact@novainnersustainability.com

3. Procedure for Cancellation

To cancel your participation, please contact our support team via email at contact@novainnersustainability.com. Please provide your full name, contact details, and the reason for cancellation.

4. Course Changes and Postponements

If the course is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund.

We reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop content, schedule, location, facilitators, or delivery format if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

5. Special Circumstances

If you have extenuating circumstances or require a special consideration for a refund, please contact our support team to discuss your situation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
